Sous Chef
We are currently seeking an experienced sous chef to work in 3 of our venues, Brewhouse, the Discovery and The Philharmonic.
What's the Role?
As a sous chef, you will work closely with the head chef in overseeing the entire kitchen operation. you will assist in supervising your team and coordinating the delivery of food, in a busy fast fast-paced environment
- demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen
- be committed to delivering first class service
- have good operational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Adhering to health and safety, COSHH practice at all times
- competent and confident in training new staff .

Essential Information
- Pay rates from £14 per hour or salary up to 30k
- Full-time hours
- Shifts across weekends and public holidays

You will need to be a dynamic, confident, and ambitious Chef who is standards-driven and strives for perfection.
You’ll need to be calm under pressure, have great communication skills, able to produce great quality food and it goes without saying that you much be a team player, also food safety is paramount as is kitchen cleanliness so all applicants should be able to adhere to our strict food safety and hygiene policy.
