We are currently seeking a sous chef, who is enthusiastic and driven individual to help lead our team here at THE DISCOVERY pub. 

What's the Role?

As a sous chef you will work closely with the head chef in overseeing thee entire kitchen operation. you will assist in supervising your team and coordinating  the delivery of food, in a busy fast past environment 

  • demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen 
  • be committed to delivering first class service
  • have good operational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Adhering to health and safety, COSHH practise at all times 
  • competent and confident in training ne staff .

Major events, weekend is a must— this is when the magic
happens!
