Part of the Croeso Pubs group we are the only independent owned business in the Bay with Welshness being key to our success. we have many Welsh dishes on the menu, locally sourced products and local suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Guide and inspire the kitchen team to achieve culinary excellence while maintaining a cohesive and energetic work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that each dish delights guests by maintaining top-notch quality standards and culinary creativity.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and supplier relations to ensure a smooth and cost-effective operation.
- Problem Solving: Swiftly address and resolve any issues that arise during service, ensuring flawless kitchen operations.
