Key Responsibilities – Sous Chef Role at The Dock

• Support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high-quality, fresh food for all service periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
• Lead by example in maintaining exceptional kitchen standards – from food prep to cleanliness and hygiene
• motivate, and supervise junior kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Oversee stock levels, ordering, and waste management to help drive kitchen profitability

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
