Customer service: Support front-of-house with allergen information and special requests, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Problem solving: Respond quickly and calmly to service challenges, adapting processes to maintain service flow and quality.
Mixology support: Collaborate with bar colleagues on specials and pairing suggestions; assist with basic cocktail preparation when required.
Teamwork and leadership: Work cooperatively with the kitchen team, training and supporting junior staff and helping to maintain a constructive working environment.
Creativity: Contribute ideas for specials, seasonal dishes and menu improvements that reflect local sourcing and Croeso values.
