What's the Role?

As a Line Chef, you will help prepare and deliver quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly, maintain high standards and provide an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

• Keep kitchen workstations clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene and safety requirements.

• Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients and support inventory management.

• Communicate clearly with colleagues to coordinate orders and meet service expectations.

• Help resolve kitchen challenges calmly and adapt to changing priorities.

• Take care when handling ingredients and preparing dishes, with close attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or a similar role is beneficial.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• A practical, adaptable approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices is an advantage.

• A positive attitude and creativity when supporting food preparation and presentation.
